2. Personal data processed through the contact form
Through the contact form, we process the information you enter, in particular:
- your name,
- telephone number,
- e-mail address,
- the content of your message and any other information you voluntarily include in the message.
We use the data to receive and handle your enquiry, contact you in response and maintain related business communication. We do not use contact-form data for newsletters or unrelated marketing communications.
After the form is submitted, the message is delivered to our company e-mail address. A copy of the message is not stored in the WordPress database.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The purpose of the processing is to handle business enquiries, communicate with existing and potential customers, and maintain related business correspondence.
The legal basis is generally our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in handling enquiries, communicating with existing and potential customers, maintaining records of business correspondence and protecting our rights.
Where the data subject is personally the prospective contracting party and we take steps at that person’s request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may also apply.
We therefore do not require separate consent to process personal data for an ordinary enquiry submitted through the contact form.
4. Providing data through the form
Providing personal data through the contact form is voluntary. Name, telephone number and e-mail address are mandatory fields in the form because we use them to identify the enquiry and contact you in response. The telephone number also helps us reduce misuse of the form and automated spam messages.
If you do not wish to provide the information requested in the form, you may contact us directly by e-mail or telephone.
5. Technical data when visiting the website
During an ordinary visit to the website, the web-hosting provider may automatically record technical information in server logs, in particular the IP address and information about the time and course of access to the website. These data are used to operate the website, maintain its security and resolve technical problems. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website.
Server logs are retained according to the settings of the hosting service and security needs; according to current information from Websupport, their backups are available in the user interface for the previous 14 days. Where a particular record is needed to address a security incident or protect legal claims, it may be retained for as long as necessary for that purpose.
6. Retention period
We retain personal data and related correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and related business communication. The retention period is determined according to the circumstances of the particular case.
When determining the retention period, we take into account in particular whether the enquiry has resulted in a business relationship, whether the correspondence contains information needed to maintain records of a business case or demonstrate agreed terms, the duration of the business relationship, applicable legal retention obligations, and the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
If an enquiry results in a business or contractual relationship, relevant correspondence and documentation may also be retained after that relationship ends where this is necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect legal claims. Documents for which applicable legislation prescribes a specific retention period are retained for that period.
7. Who may have access to the data
Personal data are accessible only to authorised persons within ETISKO s. r. o. who require them in order to handle an enquiry or related business communication.
For the operation of the website and e-mail services, we use hosting, technical and e-mail service providers who may process personal data to the extent necessary to provide their services. These currently include Websupport and Google.
We do not sell personal data or provide them to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
8. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
When using certain e-mail and technology services, in particular Google services, personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where such a transfer takes place, it is carried out in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR, depending on the circumstances on the basis of an adequacy decision or using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions laid down in the GDPR, you have in particular the right to:
- request access to your personal data,
- request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- request erasure of your personal data where the legal conditions are met,
- request restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interests,
- where provided for by the GDPR, exercise the right to data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

10. Automated decision-making
Personal data obtained through the contact form are not used for automated individual decision-making or profiling.
11. Technical cookies and similar technologies
The website does not use Google reCAPTCHA, analytics or marketing cookies and does not track visitors for advertising or marketing purposes. It uses only technologies required for the proper functioning of the website:

These technologies are not used for analytics or marketing. As they are technical technologies required for the functioning of the website, prior consent is not required and the website does not use a cookie consent banner.
